I think we can do two months in one thread as we are so small. I am reading Fledgling and Wives and Daughters for a Group Read on LT. I am also doing Emissaries from the Dead for another Group Read on LT.

I'm just finishing up Freefall and getting ready to start The Bell Ringers and Bruce Springsteen: Two Hearts. I've been a Springsteen fan for a long time but have never read his biography despite reading quite a few other musical biographies.

Funny, I heard an old Springsteen song on the radio the other day and was very nostalgic for him/the eighties/youth. Let us know how the biography is AnotherAge.

Bruce Springsteen: Two Hearts was written by Dave Marsh, a friend and associate of Springsteen, and has been derided as a hagiography in some circles. I think I agree with that assessment to an extent. Nevertheless, it provided a detailed account of Springsteen's career from the early 1970s through the late 1980s and satisfied a nostalgic need for me.
