Jonah McDonald, Hiking Atlanta’s Hidden Forests: Intown and Out (Wednesday, September 16 at 7pm)
Hey Everybody,

Jonah McDonald will be here talking about his hit book Hiking Atlanta’s Hidden Forests: Intown and Out on Wednesday September 16th at 7:00. Now that Summer is winding down and the weather is cooling off, it is a great time to discover some of Atlanta’s secret spots.

“In this guide, outdoor leader Jonah McDonald outlines 60 hikes in the metro area, all within 30 miles of Georgia ’s Capitol dome. Ranging from less than a mile to 12 miles, routes are suitable for experienced hikers and beginning walkers of all ages. Each hike entry includes maps, complete driving and hiking directions, trailhead GPS coordinates, and public transport access information. There’s no need to drive to the mountains to get out on the trail! Hiking Atlanta’s Hidden Forests lets you visit state parks, wildlife areas, and nature preserves without leaving the metro area.”

Jonah lives in Atlanta with his wife and daughter.

Don’t forget to come see us this weekend at the Decatur Book Festival. We have our own venue! We will be at the Methodist Chapel on Sycamore just down from the main Decatur Library. The complete schedule for our authors is up on our website www.talltalesatlanta.com.

We would love to see you all there.

Have a great week,

Rebekah
