You might consider putting your donated books in a plastic bag. During my last visit, this LFL was not yet completely waterproof.

This Little Free Library is back in action,. I stopped by there today, and it was full of books! :)

The Little Free Library is worth another visit. When I made my visit, it was undergoing waterproofing and insect-proofing. It is stewarded by a BookCrosser...and should be up and running again soon.
