When I was in France once, A Frenchman said to me that he had once tasted something really disgusting in England. He couldn't remember what it was called but it was also a French word. Voila! Ther'es an advert for marmite cubes on the back cover and there is text as follows on the title page: `the sketches in this book represent an ordinary 8-course dinner'.
