Book description
In Callisto’s absence, the Morlocks have again kidnapped Power Pack to replace Annalee‘s dead children. Before undergoing Beautiful Dreamer‘s brainwashing, Katie escapes and is found by the police. Kitty recognizes her in the news, and the X-Men rescue her from the hospital. Rogue, Logan, Rachel and Kitty then accompany Katie into the Morlock tunnels to rescue her siblings. With Nightcrawler busy on another mission, actually Kitty leads the group. The Morlocks are not willing to simply hand their latest additions over, they even manage to snatch Katie too, while the X-Men are busy defending themselves. Kitty phases after her, and together Katie and Kitty can explain to Annalee, that she puts the Powers‘ parents in the same misery that she has gone through. Callisto returns and is angry that her law has been disobeyed, she wants everything restored immediately. Annalee says that she wants to die, to cheer her up, Katie offers to visit from time to time. Rachel receives a summoning call to come back to the mansion – it‘s Magneto‘s call.
