The perfect study guide for the LPIC exam. It follows the exam objectives really closely and pretty much guarantees you will take the exam if you follow the examples and learn the essential commands and configuration files. ( )

Quite a good way to get prepared for a LPI certification.
Does not cover everything you'll encounter at the exam of course but still is enough to get prepared, given that you've also your personal knowledge on Linux...
Apart from studying for a certification, the book is probably less useful as it's very oriented for the exam preparation rather that for a practical usage and contains a lot of outdated stuff nobody uses (but is still asked for certification). ( )
