Very readable. The author handles the subject with kid gloves and avoids much in the way of controversy. This probably made the book viable for sale, given that it was published in an era that was strong with the Kennedy myth. He was a pivotal figure at a critical time in U.S. and world history, which has been overshadowed by the roles assumed by his sons in the years in between. ( )
