Daisuke works in a special three-person division of crime fighting in the city called the Special Services, who are apparently pegged with the vague objective of "preventing crime." To add a little spice, there's also a new young mob boss in town, and some people trying to get their hands on Daisuke's partner, the android Heat Guy J. Chapters are for the most part various 'cases' Daisuke and J go through, which will in the end somehow be connected with the people trying to capture J. There will be some thwarting and gratuitous shots of well endowed sexy or cute women, and then we move on to the next episode. That being said, this could have been a lot worse. I think I heard this was based off an anime, and I can understand why. It's got action and humor pulled off reasonably well, good for a perhaps shallow but entertaining animated episodes. In written form, though, without actual motion and color, I need a little more depth or character or cleverness in the humor to be too entertained. ( ) no reviews | add a review
