Great selection of recipes. Extremely well laid out, clear, simple descriptions and instructions, and powerful illustrations too. Fantastic. See it to believe it ! This book is used a lot. A lot ! It often seems to be the first point of reference for recipes, or the answer to the question "What shall we cook today ?" It may not always be that we try a recipe just because we like the finished product (we often know how it should taste and we like it) but because the book seems to make it a fun and well informed experience with all those illustrations. We feel we are in control and know what we are doing as we cook :) Hardback. 9781405351898. Copyright 2009. 304 pages. ( ) no reviews | add a review
