And now he's a sophomore! On the puls side, all the girls have a monster crush on him. On the negative side, all the boys are so jealous they want to kill him! And so do the girls he spurns because he only has eyes for one of them--the far-from-average vampire Moka. On the plus side, Moka only has glowing red eyes for Tsukune. Picking-up right where Volume 6 left off, with the startling revelation that Moka's rosario's seal is starting to weaken. From there, the story jumps to Hong Kong and FaiFai's family. I found this volume to be the most satisfying in series 2, though volume 6 comes close. There was action, near-deaf, personal growth and a dirty old man (who also happens to be one of the most powerful sorcerers in the world). The only annoying thing is that there is yet ANOTHER massive cliff-hanger at the end and I simply cannot wait all the way to April to find out what happens! To be a bit of a spoiler....people are traveling in Moka's hidden memories and even meet Moka's oldest sister and she is wicked.....though caring.....which makes for a very odd combination. How much do you want to bet that it is her helping out the Miao Family in their raid on the Huang Family compound? ( )
