Prachtig kijkboek, vol paginagrote luchtfoto's van archeologische sites en monumenten, mét deskundige uitleg. De verscheidenheid is bijzonder groot, ook geografisch (al valt wel op dat China en vooral India maar zeer beperkt vertegenwoordigd zijn). Bijzonder leuk vond ik de korte sectie over menselijke (of dierlijke) figuren die in een landschap zijn uitgetekend. ( )
