This book is a griller's must-have and almost a necessity for those ex-pats from Syracuse. Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is the best barbeque you can find in New York and its cookbook does it justice. The recipes are well-written and the organization is fantastic. We've probably made most of the offerings in this book and we have never had a misstep. While the food is not quite as good as going to the restaurant (my kitchen is missing the ambiance of blues and bikes -- though definitely shorter wait times) it takes you back to the great times you've had at the Dinosaur. If you've never experienced Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, this is a great barbeque cookbook, well-steeped in the basics. It's a valuable member of our cookbook collection. ( )
