Actually this is only a speech given by Mr Jaume Coll in honour of the honorary degree given to Ferran Adria by the Universitat Politecnica de Valencia. I am a great fan of his but this is the shadow of a book. Photography and design, however, are magnificent. There are only 999 copies of this book of which 51 are signed by Mr Adria. My copy is not one of those. The speech is in Catalan, Spanish and English. The English is very bad. ( )
