nonfiction/gardening. Features a really-useful at-a-glance system of symbols (evergreen/deciduous, sun/shade, tolerant of standing water, deer-resistant, attracts bees/butterflies/hummingbirds), in addition to info about eventual size/height and usda zones, so you can easily find plants to fit your needs. Each plant is accompanied by 1-2 color photos that illustrate foliage and/or blossoms. I also like the "related low-water" plant sections at the bottom of most pages, which helps differentiate between the specimen in question and similar cousins that you might confuse them with (or other plants that you might consider instead). Easily one of the best drought-tolerant plant guides I've seen so far. ( )
