A book that lives up to its name! ( )

I really enjoyed this fantasy story, about a young boy, who finds a book, and immerses himself, within the pages, to escape the sad reality of his life.
It tells the story of characters, who are desperately trying to find a human boy, to give a new name to their Empress, before they all disappear forever.
The young boy, Bastian, is bullied at school, and doesn't realize that he is the only one who can save Fantastica.
I loved the variety of characters in this story, and I think that the author, Michael Ende, wrote it very well. ( )

Book description
Small and insignificant Bastian Balthazar Bux is nobody's idea of a hero, least of all his own. Then, through the pages of an ancient, mysterious book, he discovers the enchanted world of Fantastica, and only Bastian himself can save the fairy people who live there.
