Cook nous entraine à travers le Bush australien. On y rencontre : un kangourou alcoolique, une autruche furieuse, des lézards à collerette... Mais les hommes aussi en prennent pour leur grades : un homme qui a la phobie des animaux, un autre un peu trop distrait pour se rendre compte qu'il est parti avec la voiture d'un autre....
Des situations improbables et des personnages attachants qui rendent ces mésaventures un peu absurdes mais tellement drôles ! ( )
