Amazon.com Product Description (ISBN 146634542X, Paperback)

As a physician, mother of four, wife, business owner, community leader and teacher, I have learned techniques of achieving balance in life. This book is my contribution to the efforts and passions of fellow young, working mothers out there who are also my inspiration. Through my story, I hope to share with you my personal journey and the struggles I’ve faced balancing the spheres central in my life: work/career, family, and community. I want to share with you how I’ve achieved harmony among these spheres and devoted myself to a more fruitful and satisfying life as a result. The central metaphor of this book is harmony— harmony and balance of the work, family, and community spheres in your life. Whatever you take away from reading about my experiences and the tips and tricks I’ve used, please take to heart this particular lesson: with humility and drive you can yoke and harness your own inner strength as a parent and as a working professional, achieving all your life goals.
