While this is fantastic material, our skepticism melts as Torres' street-level film brings us to the front lines: Super Barrio helps tenants fight evictions, Super Animal single-handedly challenges the entrenched bull-fighting culture, Ecologista Universal takes his crusade against overpackaging to the checkout line, and Super Gay commandeers a city park to fight gay bashing.
