I've only read the first in this series. I received the e-book as part of Library Thing's early reviewer program. Ty Huntchinson also sent me free links to download the rest of the novels/novellas in this series. And I've got to admit that even though I I didn't think these books were my cup of tea (Darby is such a self-serving jerk at times) - I HAD to keep reading! Chop Suey made me cringe, groan in disgust, shake my head in disbelief, and laugh at the ridiculousness/hilarity/absurdity of it all. Most of it, it made me KEEP reading! Which, in my opinion, says a lot about the author. Even when i wanted to put the book down, I couldn't. The writing was just too good. Hutchinson is an author to keep your eye on. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a movie version of Chop Suey before too long. ( )
