To end with an open ending, is she trying to kill me?' I wished they would make a movie about Ty and Zane but then again it would never be as brilliant as the book. I adored this one and can't wait for the next one. (  ) Jonesy_now | Sep 24, 2021 | I had a hard time rating this because of all the angst and drama but ultimately ended up with 4 stars. I love/hate the way the book ended and am holding off a bit on book 8 even though I MUST KNOW NOW mostly because I'm so not ready for this series to end. Also, there were some majorly hot scenes in this book. You'll need a fan and tissues (the tissues are for tears). Ty and Zane broke my heart over and over in this one then put it back together just to break it again... but i still love them. “You told me one time that . . . I was your compass. I gave you direction when you were lost,” Ty said, nearly choking on the words. He glanced up, eyes reflecting like liquid in the low light. “Well, you were my anchor.
