Both A Feast of Dragons and A Fate of Dragons are listed in Amazon as book 3 of this series. A note in Amazon on the record for the latter says that the book was professionally re-edited. My guess is that Feast is the first version, but Fate is available in more formats, so I think it is probably now (August 27, 2014) the preferred version, so I have made it the canonical title.  | |
