Now tat I have the knowledge on preparing, slicing my vegetable before I cooked them its now time for me to sample and experiment what I've learned by cooking the great recipes collected on this book. Everything has been well organized and compiled and I cant get enough of the 200 recipes present in this amazing recipe book. My family surely love what I prepared for them. Thanks to this book eating vegetables has been so rewarding. ( )

Another winner from River Cottage. Been working my way around my library copy and haven't come up with a less-than-delicious dish yet. Can't wait to own a copy of my very own . . . and I have A LOT of veg cookbooks. ( )
