Although mine is paperback it IS a signed copy!! Years after it came to my shelf I attended a bookstore event that presented its author, Elizabeth Fishel and she graciously signed my well-worn copy.
The book is a delight. Nine chapters follow the introduction, and after the conclusion Fishel gives us notes, bibliography, and an appendix with a wondrous questionnaire. ( )
