The usual whiny, unlikeable characters who can't be bothered to actually TALK to each other. About 2/3 of the way through the book, though, the husband's secret/story got mildly interesting, so I'll give it an extra half star for that. ( ) I can't believe no one else on here has this book! I stumbled upon it by accident, had never heard of the author or the book, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. It really draws you into the identities and relationships of the main characters and makes you feel their sense of love, loss, family, and coming to peace with the past. The book is light without being superficial, and was a joy to read. no reviews | add a review
