Cute book, but unsure if I would allow my kids/students to read it at a young age. In the book, Madeline finds a ghost that is upset. The ghost tells her that he was a student at the school where Madeline is and that he fell off the roof one day while looking for a comet. He says that his life was gone and that's how he became a ghost. Just a little creepy to me. ( )

This book is good to talk about what happens when you get sick, and how your family takes care of you. It also is good to show rhyming in a good. The students will love the rhyming. ( )
