This has become one of my favourite cookbooks with recipes that I cook frequently. Some of the recipes can be difficult and time-consuming but they make great company dishes so I save them for special occasions. For a nice weekday meal try the border paella, the sensitive new age sloppy Joes or the Pad Thai. Highly recommended for vegetarians! ( )
