Great intro, easy to use. ( )

This is a great book for those who like to experiment with different sauces, rubs, marinades, etc. My husband experiments so much that I am sometimes a bit wary of tasting the things that he grills. He loves this book and I have had some tasty grilled food due to these recipes. ( )
