The soups are great and the Moroccan Chicken and the Flank Steak with Gorgonzola are favorites at my house. ( ![]() Perhaps a book to own... made the squash and coconut milk soup in this book and it was fantastic If you have a Dutch oven you need this cookbook. It has wonderful recipes and good comments on how to care for the most important pot in your kitchen. Excellent.
