I liked the way Riley Lucas composed the 10 Hollywood homicides detailed in Hollywood Homicides: Famous Celebrity Murders in Tinseltown. It was a very interesting read and not bogged down by a lot of details. Each of the stories was a synopsis including the victims history, crime, facts, suspicions, verdict, aftermath and legacy. It was clear cut and I learned a lot in the recap of each event. I received this book free from the author in exchange for a review. The extensive biography at the start of each chapter was not necessary for me though This review was written for LibraryThing Member Giveaways. A short book about questionable deaths of Hollywood Actors. Nice read. This review was written for LibraryThing Member Giveaways. I received a e-copy of this book for an honest review.Riley Lucas takes the deaths of ten well known people from Hollywood and gives a brief life history of each and then explains how they died and why there are questions that may surround their deaths. From the deaths of David Carradine, Bob Crane, Marvin Gaye, Phil and Brynn Hartman, John Lennon, Nicole Brown Simpson & Ron Goldman, and Christopher Wallace & Tupac Shakur, Lucas gives the reader the facts behind each death. In each case, even if solved, there are questions that linger in the public's mind as to why their lives ended the way they did. no reviews | add a review

I think this was a good book, but there was more room, and more details needed to make this book comprehensive. I thought it was interesting that the author went to all celebrities; musicians, actors, etc.. and not focused on just one section. ( )
