Patterned after the wildly popular Life's Little Instruction Book, but with a decidedly Bear-like approach, here is a charming collection of useful tidbits. About 3.5 stars for me
While I never actually read any Winnie the Pooh books or watched any of the cartoons when I was a kid, this book has been sitting on a shelf in my house for as long as I can remember.
While I did flip through it from time to time, today was my first time reading every quote.
It definitely made me feel better, and I did learn a few very important things:
A. If you ever get stuck in a hole/door that was too tight- chances are you'll stay there for at least a week
B. A balloon is a great tool to have while in search for honey- assuming said honey is real
C. Never climb a tree if you don't know how to climb down from it
D. Always check to make sure your rope is indeed a rope and not your friends' tail

All jokes aside- there are some really important messages hidden in this book, and I hope to keep coming back to them whenever I feel a bit down. I would definitely recommend it as a nice gift to give someone who could use some humor and inspiration from time to time :)

A collection of wisdom offers readers a Pooh-inspired wealth of information on living a happy life, such as ""If possible, try to find a way to come downstairs that doesn't involve going bump, bump, bump on the back of your head."" ( )
