Wonderful inspiration for anyone who has to deal with fast-changing work environments. I am an executive in a dynamic industry (IT) in a dynamic country (South Africa) and several of my colleagues have really enjoyed this book. Understanding that you have to win hearts as well as minds is what life is all about, and this is the way to help staff deal with change as a challenge rather than a threat. ( )
