I worked as a jail nurse for almost 10 years.
This suspense novel details a new method of monitoring convicted felons with psychological disorders near parole on trial with 5 inmates. A team of corrections personnel, psychiatrists, psychologist and the inevitable Fed are monitoring this wonderful new implant which is to monitor the inmate outside of a facility and has the supposed ability to thwart impending behavioral episodes. But suddenly, something goes horribly wrong with #5. Sean tries to become involved in correction of the problem, but is stonewalled at every turn. And then things really go to hell.
Well written and intensely absorbing. The characters reach out and grab you so that you really hate to put it down! ( )
