The author shows her love for travel and learning and it is felt immediately. The writing has a lot of humor which makes it enjoyable to read. Discovering new adventures and friendships also make it interesting but occasionally there are moments that felt like you had to be there to really get it completely. As her bohemian lifestyle starts to alter the cultural learning experience my interest began to falter a little. This type of memoir will certainly strike a chord with fellow young travelers and as I was one once I appreciated the enthusiasm. ( )
