The perfect type of stories that are often used as sit around the camp fire ghost stories. All of them in the collection worked well together. Each one has it's own charm. Spooky with a lot of interesting characters and plots, with some paranormal elements and mystery. The macabre is not overwhelming. Just the right amount that makes this a fun read and not just for Halloween. ( )
