Zelená svatozář je výborný přehled jednotlivých směrů a trendů ochrany přírody, které po věcné stránce nelze mnoho vytknout. Kohák je ve svém textu precizní a poměrně objektivně předládá jeden přístup za druhým. Text ovšem rozhodně není profesorsky suchý, naopak je plný šťavnatých přirovnaní a příkladů. Závěrečná kapitolka "Malé vyznání veliké lásky" pro mě ovšem byla rozhodným zklamáním. Kohák je skutečně více zelený než křesťan, jakkoli rád tvrdívá opak. ( )
