This book is all about feelings, dealing with feelings that change during the time and depending on the situation, it is a good book for children whose days and feelings change depending on the situation. This book teaches children to make inferences about feelings and intentions of others and also judge the appropriateness of behaviors and predict consequences

this is an awesome book, that shares and explains all the different emotions we have as well as some examples, like laying in bed at night and feeling "scared" excelent book for children to help them understand what he or she may be feeling ages 3 to 5
