Det store ostelager er blevet tømt. Poul Politi Mus kommer til og opdager et spor efter Jens Jakke Mus. Han finder ostebanden og opdager at de har planer om at stjæle borgmesterens gammelost, der er på vej ind mod havnen.
Tyveriet lykkes, men Jens Jakke Mus var faktisk politiagent og afslører gemmestedet.
