This is a really great book for holiday ideas. There are the usual American holidays, but also some really interesting ones that would be easy to celebrate. On November 3 try National Sandwich Week. A nobrainer. October 24 is UN day. Make your guest list international. Who would have thought October 16 is Dictionary Day.There is even International Lefthanders Day on August 13.The first Sunday after Labor Day is National Grandparents Day. ( )
