The stars speak for themselves! For those who need clarification: if you're a Potter fan read it (and the other two)! ( )

I really enjoy all of the details of Harry Potter's world. JK Rowling's imagination is remarkable. That being said, this book is really just a collection of writings from Pottermore. They're still worth a read, but some may not feel the need to spend $2.99 for a book form of the same online content. ( )

A good companion to the series

Like the other two Pottermore ebooks, Hogwarts: An Incomplete and Unreliable Guide is a collection of mostly preexisting works from the Pottermore website. However, it's handy having them collected in a themed ebooks that provides easier access to them. As works of writing, they're nice little additions to the lore of he Harry Potter series. ( )

This focused not so much characters as settings and magical plot devices.

Such as the time-turner! I was most interested in that bit.

But beyond that, I really got into the Hufflepuff Common Room and the train station. :)

Again, these shorts don't have much to do with actual *story-telling*. Just background info. Good for what it is. ( )

I loved learning a little bit more info about Hogwarts, the ghosts and some of the magical artifacts from the Series. ( )
