This is an excellent book for those on the Macrobiotic Diet. Simple healing methods that work, time and time again. I have used this book religiously and found relief from sore feet, chest pains, and the ideas in here help with weight loss as well. Michio Kushi certainly knows his stuff.

Some of the remedies are not well explained, so if you have no background on Macrobiotic remedies, you may find yourself not understanding all of the recipes in here. On more than one occasion, I found recipes that didn't have exact measurements for ingredients. But, for the most part, Macrobiotic Home Remedies is a godsend for quick, easy healing preparations, from excessive bleeding to headache remedies.
