It is kind of repetitive, because many chapters are on a particular habit or type of habit. Even so, I found the book has excellent advice on how to build good habits and let go of bad habits. It does not give a rapidly progressing silver bullet, but then that sort of habit formation never did work for me either. One of the most important messages for me was to be patient and work on one thing at a time. It is better to gain one habit than it is to try for 5 of them and end up frustrated with nothing. I liked his gentle approach. The only thing I felt was not for me was his emphasis on seeking out others for support. I believe that some people find that is not helpful. That seems true for me regarding habit building, but I could be wrong. ( )
