The grandkids and I get a big kick out of this book - it is best read using different voices for the various animals. And the voice of the Jumperee should be VERY LOUD 😁 ( )

Rabbit is hopping home, but a scary voice emerges from his burrow. Cat, Bear, and Elephant all try to help and are all scared off, but Mama Frog isn't afraid. She counts to three...

All the animals are able to laugh at themselves when they find out who the giant jumperee really is. Charming illustrations in soft colors help the reader feel more curious than afraid. A good storytime choice.
