Life changing. Highly recommend the audiobook version, read by the author.

I don't typically like books like this, with lots of testimonials and so much emphasis on stylistic graphics. I loved this one. The simple message is repeated in different ways, to make it stick and show the applicability across various dimensions of living. The rule is simple. Countdown and then move. The rest will follow because of the way we're wired. There are plenty of good examples and foundation in the book. You should read it so take action. Order it or head to the bookstore. 5-4-3-2-1....
