RGB's is a good solid workout tailored to her circumstances. My biggest takeaway is find a personal trainer and ask them to put together a program that works for you. ( )

I love this book and use it all the time to guide me in exercising. The main reason is that the exercises are geared to "normal" human beings as opposed to already incredibly fit people who look like stars of workout videos. The instructions are clear and the pictures of what to do are excellent. I also enjoy the commentary by the author, who is Justice Bader's personal trainer. A great buy! My only very small criticism is that a spiral-notebook kind of format would be easier to use, because it would enable people to keep the desired page open more easily. ( )
