I enjoyed this mystery with its exotic setting in the rainforest of Costa Rica. However the characters act foolishly, and the increasingly dangerous situation is not really believable. I kept thinking "oh, come on!" and wondering how soon we'd find another corpse. Reminded me of Jurassic Park and other isolated-scientists-in-danger movies. Not a great success as a mystery or thriller. ( )
