Summary: This book was about the comedies, tragedies, histories, and romances about Ancient Heroes, bloody wars, and magical creatures. This was a book of power and drama. The theme was set in black and white. Personal Reaction: My personal reaction to this story was that how could one man rule the way Caesar did in Rome and lead his army to countless victories. Classroom Extension: I would use this book in my class to teach children on the power that one individual can have over others. no reviews | add a review

Personal Opinion: The language is mostly in modern English with just enough proper English to be a slight challenge. The artwork is in cartoon. If you're trying to hide kids from blood and gore don't show them this book.
Classroom Extension- 1) Replace hard to read scripts with this comic. 2) History lesson in who was king before and after Julius Caesar. 3) What all was covered in the Roman Empire on a map.
