An easy to follow guide to making various styles of hats and bags of embellishments. Some of the projects are just embellishment, you buy a pre-made hat. Eugenia suggests vintage hats although in my experience they are difficult to find. Most of the projects though involve building a hat from the ground up. The instructions are clearly written and there is a section which explains millinery terms (and all the different types of feather!) A worthwhile book to read if you want to start making your own hats. ( )
