Having the setting be Texas, little bit of VA which I just visited helped. Liked the idea of Justin trying to make Texas become a state. In the beginning I liked that both were strong characters but after a while the fighting between them, the distrust, Shiloh being stubborn and fool-hardy acting ruined the enjoyment. Surprised how Shiloh could become so appropriate at fancy functions when had never been to anything like it. Their romance was more hot/cold. ( )
