Some time ago, the JLA were forced to stop an invasion by White Martians - the Martian Manhunter's bloodthirsty kin, who had their minds wiped and were set free to live as humans. Unfortunately for the JLA, they are waking up and they have one thought in common...revenge.

Decent story with really solid art. ( )

A couple of fairly interesting, but convoluted stories (seemingly a staple of JLA stories), the first of which involves rogue Martians' attempt to take over the Earth, then the galaxy, by first capturing Jonnz Jonnz, then Earth's telepaths, to ingest their brains and augment their own power. The second story focuses on the ever-entertaining Plastic Man and his estranged son. The main interest lies in Batman's interactions with the rest of the League. The rest is pretty much filler, with decent artwork. ( )

Good, not great but the character development and dialog really covered up the fact that it was cheesy DC heroes. ( )
