Hannah McElroy is the star of a home makeover reality show and living her dream in the city. In need of a shakeup on her show, the network proposes an idea: Hannah will return to her small New England hometown of Lewisburg to renovate the historical Lewisburg manor, turning it into a community center. Everyone in Lewisburg is excited, but her old high school sweetheart Jeff Davis is not, who happens to be the city architect for working for the preservation committee.
